1) HEAVY DUTY EXTRACTION

This is the Premier method for getting your carpets the cleanest. It involves using a High Quality detergent with Hot Water. The multiple jets flush solution into the carpet fibers while simultaneously scrubbing the dirt out of the carpet fibers. The dirty water is then sucked up on-contact without relying on very long hoses for water-lift or extraction. Simply put, this is the most Bang for your buck. It uses Specially Formulated Detergents that are test proven to release the dirt from the carpet fibers instead of Scorching Hot Water from Truck Mounted Machines. Benefit is a quicker dry than truck mount systems.

2) TRUCK - MOUNT HOT WATER EXTRACTION

Truck-Mounted also commonly referred as steam cleaning, this is the most common carpet cleaning technique. A Water heater is situated into the truck which heats the water-up to a high degree to scorch-release the dirt from the carpet fiber. This Steam cleaning method uses the hot water (instead of a high quality shampoo) at high pressure to penetrate into carpet fibers and break down the dirt that is stored deep within. Simply put: You use the heat of the Hot Water instead of a High Quality detergent to release the dirt. Dry Foam or Absorbent compound cleaning uses a sponge like compound that binds to dirt and other substances that dwell in your carpet.

Most of the time, a mechanical brush is used to distribute a compounds to adulate dirty fibers. The sponge like compound separates the dirt from the carpet fibers. Then, it is vacuumed up afterward. This method is only recommended for people who cannot have their carpets wet for health reasons. 

4) DRY FOAM CARPET CLEANING OR ABSORBENT COMPOUND

The Encapsulation method uses synthetic foam detergents that are worked into the carpet via a brush machine. The foam then crystallizes into a powder. This encapsulates soil that is in the carpet. The powder is then vacuumed up along with the dirt. Encapsulation does not leave a residue, and takes less time to dry. This method uses very little water.
